Synopsis:

After a fight with his coworker young man deals with his anger and the world’s perception of it over the course of the night. In a year where so much pain from black bodies was on display, Writer and Actor David Bell start a conversation about the voice, anger, and joy of black men in America. This short talks about how the world might judge us but how we judge ourselves. Directed By Mecca McDonald.

Director Mecca McDonald is a passionate director, producer, ad actress who has done work across a variety of medians ranging from stage to film and web content. in 2017 she co-founded Melanin & Magic Productions a company dedicated to telling the stories of young black women and increasing their representation on screen. Recently she has started her own Production company called: Where The Lights Are- a production house geared towards introspective stories of black love, nostalgia, and romance.
